Positive thoughts and messages produce positive results and behaviors.
Negative thoughts and messages produce negative results and behaviors!
It is a simple choice to use positive thoughts instead of negative thoughts. Take a negative thought like I am not lovable and write it down as I am lovable.

Thoughts What we focus and dwell on, determines our thoughts. What you are thinking is going to affect your life. We are what we think!
Our thoughts move us into a direction of ultimately who we will become tomorrow. Your thoughts will lead to a feeling. A feeling leads to an action.
(Negative feelings are always formed from our fears. Positive feelings are from our faith) An action forms your habits or patterns. A habit shapes your character and our character produces your destiny. It is a sobering reality to accept the fact, what we think determines who we are and what we become for the rest of our lives.
Since our thoughts are so crucial to the outcome of our lives, we must have a way to control and protect our thoughts. God gave us control over our own choices. It’s our choice what we think. Col 3:1-2 set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. Select Godly thoughts and then cultivate those Godly thoughts.
We can learn to screen we think about. Think about why you’re thinking, what you’re thinking. We can screen our thoughts by evaluating them.
What is the source of my thoughts? Where will my thought lead me? Will my thoughts build up or tear down? Can I share my thoughts with anyone? Do my thoughts make me feel guilty? By evaluating our thoughts, we can choose to stop dwelling on them if we know they are destructive to us.
Romans 1:28 it says Since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, He gave them over to a depraved mind. This is God’s warning when we ignore his principles. God gave us a will to make a choice, but choices are not without consequences.
Thoughts, positive or negative, grow stronger with constant repetition. That may explain why so many who are depressed stay that way, and why others who are enthusiastic continue to be so, even in the most difficult circumstances.
The Bible directs us to the how and what, we should think about. Philippians 4:8 whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praise worthy think about such things.
If we are setting our minds on heavenly things, guarding our hearts being obedient and living righteously, we will produce evidence of Fruit of the Spirit that Paul wrote in Galatians 5:22. The 9 evidences are Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
Godly fruit is evidence of life, and a life of Godly thoughts.
